Air travel gets cheaper

New Delhi: Air travel has just become cheaper. All domestic private airlines have cut fares by 50 per cent. The limited period offer is for four days only.

It started with Jet Airways offering a huge discount to offset losses of nearly Rs 60-crore during the five-day standoff with disgruntled pilots. Now other airlines seem to be joining the price war.

The Jet Airways had announced that ticket fare would be reduced following a strike by the pilots for five days.
