Mirzapur (UP):
Former Samajwadi Party general secretary Amar Singh said on Sunday that he might float a new political party by March-end.
"I want to set up a new party which will give the message of love to the people," he told reporters in Mirzapur after addressing a rally of Chattriya Mahasabha, a non-political body.
Singh said he would consult his colleagues in this regard during a convention of the Mahasabha in Delhi on March 28.
"After consulting my colleagues, I may float a new party," he said, adding: "I have appealed to Muslims and backwards to support me."
