Actor Anil Kapoor, who is eagerly awaiting the release of his film
Mubarakan, told news agency PTI that he featured in many films that entertained the whole family and that is one of the main reasons for his long innings in Bollywood. The

sahib, Akshay Kumar, Jeetendra, we all did these films, which I believe played a very important role in our longevity. If we are here in Bollywood for so many years, these films have played a major part," PTI quoted Anil Kapoor as saying. He also said that it is 'extremely important' for young actors to do films which could be watched by the whole family as it will help them survive in the film industry for a longer time.
"I will tell young actors that if you want a long innings, it is extremely important to do family entertainers, which can make you cry and laugh. I feel entertainment, with a little message, is always wonderful," PTI quoted Anil Kapoor as saying.
The trailer of Anil Kapoor's Mubarakan was unveiled by the makers of the film on Tuesday. In the film, his nephew, actor Arjun Kapoor features in a double role - Karan and Charan (identical twins) while he will portray the role of Kartar Singh.
Mubarakan, which has been directed by Anees Bazmee, also stars Ileana D'Cruz and Athiya Shetty in lead roles.
Speaking about his forthcoming film, Anil Kapoor told PTI that his film has no double meaning dialogues and the entire family could watch it.
"After a long time, we are seeing a film which is a family entertainer which all can watch together. The best part about all of Anees' films is that they don't have a single double meaning dialogue, which will make you uncomfortable while watching with your family. When was the last time you watched a film like this?," PTI quoted Anil Kapoor as saying.
Mubarakan is scheduled to release in theatres on July 28.
