The CBI today raided the residence and other properties in Delhi and Lucknow of AP Pathak, in connection with an alleged disproportionate assets case, CBI sources said.
A P Pathak is an Indian Highway Services officer who is presently secretary to Lok Sabha Speaker Meira Kumar and is stationed in New Delhi. He has been removed from the Lok Sabha Secretariat.
The case was referred to the CBI by the Central Vigilance Commission.
