Mumbai: Anti-Corruption Bureau of CBI on Saturday trapped Major Dipendra Bhushan, posted as medical officer at Army Recruitment Office in Colaba here, on charges of taking bribe of Rs 50,000 from a newly recruited Jawan for clearing him in a medical test.
Major Bhushan and his private driver, Bharat Oram, were caught red-handed while accepting the bribe from the jawan at Fashion Street in South Mumbai, CBI sources said.
