Arrested bookie names more Indian players involved in spot-fixing: Delhi Police sources
New Delhi: Yahya Mohammad, an alleged cricket bookie arrested yesterday has disclosed the names of other Indian players involved in spot- fixing, according to Delhi police sources. Names of international players have also cropped up during his interrogation, add sources.

The Delhi Police while not revealing any names, say all teams are under their radar. Even the Bollywood angle is being explored. They also believe that Yahya's arrest may lead them to the "doors of another IPL team" which is alleged to be involved in the betting racket.

Sources claim that investigations have shown how another bookie Chandresh Patel wanted to contact more players, besides Sreesanth and Ajit Chandila, so contacted Yahya. He in turn was in touch with players of more than one team, including Rajasthan Royals, to spot-fix matches for bookies.

Yahya, who hails from Hyderabad and currently a resident of Mumbai, was arrested from the Rajiv Gandhi International Airport in Hyderabad.  He was nabbed in the security hold area minutes before his plane was to take off to Dubai.
