New Delhi: At a press conference today, Arvind Kejriwal admitted that he makes mistakes and Yogendra Yadav as a member of the party has the right to point them out. Mr Kejriwal's party AAP, performed badly in the Lok Sabha elections and since then the party has been rocked by differences and resignations. Mr Kejriwal spoke today on the changes that will take place in the party.

Here are the highlights:
  • While BJP has got a majority, Congress was completely rejected by the people.
  • AAP wants to establish swaraj in the country.
  • We had 430 candidates in LS polls.
  • In middle of a wave, AAP did well in the polls, this is due to hard-working members of the party.
  • In the next one-year, we will reconstruct the party from booth to national level.
  • We will reconstitute various committees at all levels.
  • Modi is the country's new PM. We wish him well, hope he will fulfill people's dreams.
  • We appeal to the BJP government not to raise gas prices.
  • We have read in the papers that the government will bring in 100 per cent FDI in defence, this should not happen. Defence of our country will go into foreign hands.
  • We welcome the S.I.T on black money.
  • At every level, the existing committees will be formed again. We will try to incorporate new people and people from every section of society.
  • This is a huge task and we will need a strategy for it. We have formed a committee for it.
  • Yogendra Yadav is my elder brother, he can scold me and slap me if I get off track.
  • I am human and I make mistakes. Yogendra Yadav has the right to point them out.
