Delhi chief minister Arvind Kejriwal has reached the NDMC Convention Centre in Connaught Place, where the public interaction event is being held.
The Aam Aadmi Party's public interaction session, which was to start at 11 am has been delayed as Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal is yet to arrive at the venue.
In the afternoon, the government will inaugurate 20 Aam Aadmi polyclinics which will have out-patient departments for various specialities.
The chief minister had earlier said his cabinet will give an account of work done in one year to the people of Delhi. He has reportedly ordered various departments to give details of their work. On completing 100 days in office, the AAP government had held a similar exercise, comparing its achievements with that of the Narendra Modi government.

The public interaction session will be conducted from the NDMC Convention Centre in Connaught Place.
February 14 was the date Mr Kejriwal chose for his swearing in last year after winning the Delhi election. It was exactly a year to the day he had quit as Chief Minister after a 49 day-stint in power - a move for which he was derided by rivals and excoriated by critics.
AAP sources say the concept may have been inspired by the Hindi film "Nayak", where a journalist turned chief minister takes phone calls at a public platform while his PA jots down instructions on the spot.
