New Delhi:
BJP today attacked Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal for extending support to RJD Chief Lalu Yadav alleging that this has exposed "hollowness" of his claims of political morality.
BJP Delhi President Satish Upadhyay also alleged that Mr Kejriwal's commitment towards ending corruption was also "as hollow as his political morality".
"Hollowness of tall claims of political morality made by Arvind Kejriwal stand exposed. His commitment towards ending corruption too is as hollow as his political morality...
"The way Kejriwal has extended political support in Bihar to Lalu Yadav and Congress whom he till other day accused of rampant corruption has exposed the hollowness of his claims of high political morality," the BJP leader said.
He added that the way Kejriwal has been running both the Delhi Government and the Aam Aadmi Party, it was clear that he lacked the patience needed to hear grievances of colleagues or partymen or the public as required in public life.
"Delhi CM works on the philosophy of 'Me and My Might'," he said.
"Soon after coming to power in Delhi the way Kejriwal expelled his senior colleagues Prashant Bhushan and Yogendra Yadav from the party it gave an indication of his autocratic behaviour.
"Now the way he has suspended his two MPs Dharamvir Gandhi and Harinder Singh Khalsa it has amply established his Tughlaqi autocratic mindset," he alleged.
