Voters wait in queues to cast their votes during the 2nd phase of Assam assembly elections 2016 at a polling station at Hatigaon in Guwahati on Monday.
At least 25 per cent of the 1,04,35,271 electorate have voted amidst tight security during the first three hours of polling in the second and final phase of Assembly elections in Assam today.
