Maharashtra Chief Minister Ashok Chavan has admitted that the Centre was unhappy with the Maharashtra Anti Terror Squad (ATS) chief revealing information crucial to terror investigations.
"Yes the Centre is unhappy that the details of the investigation were revealed and it hurt the probe," said Ashok Chavan, Maharashtra Chief Minister.
On Monday, as NDTV had first reported, the Centre had pulled the ATS.

At least for now the Chief Minister has a non-committal answer.

Chavan replied: "I will speak to the Home Minister for more details."

- After the details revealed by the ATS lead to the trail to the Pakistani handlers going cold
- The Pakistani handler had stopped communicating after ATS revealed his codename
- That money was routed to the arrested men through the Hawala route from Dubai
- And that the Pak handler is absconding 1993 blast accused
At least for now the Chief Minister has a non-committal answer.
