Auto rickshaw strike in Delhi enters second day

Auto rickshaw strike in Delhi enters second day
New Delhi:

The buzzing auto rickshaws are missing from Delhi streets for the second day with the ongoing strike. They are protesting against Delhi government's crackdown on three-wheelers operating without valid licence or permit.

Over 55,000 auto rickshaws of 17 rickshaw unions are part of the strike.

Commuters, especially those coming into the city from outside, face a lot of trouble.

The government is sticking to its stance, saying it will not give into the pressure tactics by the auto unions.
