The ‘pran pratishtha' (consecration) ceremony at the Ram Temple in Ayodhya on Monday was attended by over 8,000 special guests, including noted politicians and celebrities. To commemorate the landmark event, a special box of 'prasad' was distributed to invitees after the Pran Pratishtha ceremony.
The Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Temple Trust ordered 15,000 such boxes from Lucknow's renowned sweet shop, Chhapan Bhog.
Each box contained eight items, including panjeeri ghee mawa laddoos, gur rewari, ramdana chikki, akshat and roli, tulsi leaves, a Ram diya, elaichi dana (confectionery), and mouli kalwa.
The saffron-colored prasad box also featured the logos of the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust and the Hanuman Garhi, and was presented in a specially designed bag.
