Bank accounts of Pune blast accused frozen

Pune: Home Minister P Chidambaram has said that 14 bank accounts of absconding Indian Mujahideen operative Mohsin Choudhari have been frozen.

Choudhari is an accused in the Germany Bakery blast in Pune. 

The accounts carrying Rs 3.80 lakh were at the Nana Peth branch of Tatnakar bank.

In a statement issued late on Wednesday, the bank said that the accounts were freezed following directives from the Union Home Ministry but refused to divulge any further details.

The family of Mohsin Chaudhari has denied his involvement in the blast.
