BCCI ignored my information on IPL spot-fixing: Lalit Modi to NDTV

New Delhi: Lalit Modi, the man credited with creating the IPL has told NDTV that he is shocked at the spot-fixing that has been unearthed by the Delhi police. He also said he had warned the IPL commissioner and the BCCI about his fears of spot-fixing affecting the game, but he was ignored.
