Bhutan's Prime Minister Tshering Tobgay will visit India from tomorrow to attend a conclave in Goa and meet top Indian leaders, it was announced in Thimphu today.
Prime Minister Tobgay will travel to Goa on the invitation of the India Foundation to attend the 'India Ideas Conclave' as chief guest.
The Bhutanese premier will address the conclave on November 15 where the theme is 'Learning from Civilisation'.
While in Goa, he will meet Defence Minister Manohar Parrikar, Goa Governor Mridul Sinha and Goa Chief Minister Laxmikant Parsekar, said a release from the Foreign Ministry.
The Prime Minister will stop over in New Delhi on November 16 to meet senior officials of the government of India and return to Bhutan on November 17, it said.
