Bhutan's Prime Minister Lyonchhen Tshering Tobgay invited Indian industry to invest and explore the country's potential.
Interacting with industry members in Hyderabad today, Mr Togbay pointed out that Bhutan has good working environment and quality workforce and Indian industry can build upon this foundation.
He was in Hyderabad to attend a session organised by the Confederation of Indian Industry on Bhutan as an investment destination.
"India and Bhutan can work hand-in-hand and establish offices to ensure a secured back-up," the Prime Minister added. He was also keen to work closely with India in promoting IT sector in the country and make steady strides in the sector.
He also highlighted that Bhutan has abundant energy resources and has immense potential to develop alternative sources of energy.
