Describing the train accident as "tragic", Bihar's Chief Minister Nitish Kumar expressed condolence

Bihar's Chief Minister Nitish Kumar today expressed deep sorrow over the derailment of 14 coaches of Indore-Patna Express near Pukhrayan in Uttar Pradesh's Kanpur Dehat district in which 97 passengers have been killed.
Over 150 persons were injured in the accident.
Describing the train accident as "tragic", Mr Kumar expressed condolence to the bereaved families and prayed to the almighty to give them strength to bear with the loss of lives of their near and dear ones.
The Chief Minister also prayed for the speedy recovery of those injured in the train accident, an official statement said.
