Patna:
Rekha Modi, a cousin of Bihar Deputy Chief Minister Sushil Kumar Modi, on Sunday night lodged a complaint with police charging her brother Mahabir Modi and sister-in-law with subjecting her to insult and mental torture inside their house.
The police sources said Rekha Modi came out of her house in Rajendra Nagar locality in tattered clothes and was seen running on the road for help.
A police team brought her to Patna police station where she lodged a complaint against her brother and sister-in-law.
She also alleged that she and her daughter were not allowed to meet her father and mother by her brother whom she charged with confining her parents.
The police have launched an investigation, sources said.
