Bihar: Naxals threaten Congress workers

Chapra, Bihar: Naxals have put up posters slamming Home Minister P Chidambaram in Chapra in Bihar, threatening to kill anyone who stands from the Congress party in the Vidhan Sabha elections later this year.

Naxals have also put up posters in markets asking traders to pay a levy, or else face the consequences.
