Chhapra:
It is another case of a gangrape and no action taken, which comes from Chhapra -- Lalu Yadav's last constituency.
A girl was dragged out of a train in the middle of the night and gangraped at a medical shop near the railway station. What's shocking is that the train was jampacked but nobody came to help.
"I was coming from Gopalgunj. They were four people," she said.
The girl broke down while recalling the heart-rending account of the dreadful night. The police are on the lookout for the accused.
"We have arrested one person and are on the lookout for three others," said Mithilesh Kumar, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Chhapra.
The police are also waiting to record the statement of the girl's father who has refused to speak to them so far.
