Mumbai: Ahead of the Maharashtra by-polls, the Shiv Sena-BJP combine released its manifesto on Monday with a lot of promises for Maharashtrians.

- 80 per cent jobs will be reserved for skilled and unskilled locals
- Wheat, rice, toor dal, edible oil, sugar will be sold at fixed rate
- In 3 years, Maharashtra will get 24-hour uninterrupted power supply
- Aim to make Maharashtra slum free
- Shivaji statue in Mumbai would be completed in 5 years
- Farm loans and interest would be waived and fresh loans would be given at 4 per cent interest
- A separate ministry to monitor the manifesto
