Jalalabad:
A blast has been reported near the Indian Consulate in Jalalabad in Afghanistan. However, reports suggest the embassy was not targeted by the blast. No casualties have been reported so far; all Indians are said to be safe.
The blast took place in a market which is at least a kilometre away from the consulate.
