                                        A bomb scare was triggered in the Post Office area of Bengal's Malda town, after a bag was found abandoned not far from the site of an election campaign meet to be addressed by union minister Smriti Irani this afternoon.
Policemen and a bomb disposal squad rushed to the spot and took away the bag for further examination.
