UK Prime Minister Theresa May said in Delhi today that Britain will become the ultimate free trade champion as she laid the groundwork Monday for a potential post-Brexit deal with India, the world's fastest growing major economy.

- On this visit alone, more than 1 billion dollars worth of deals will be signed.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi today welcomed his British counterpart Theresa May, who promised at a tech summit in Delhi that travel to the UK would be made easier for Indians, saying it was vital to identify ways to deepen the trade relationship between the two countries before UK leaves the European Union.
