A Burdwan blast suspect, who is a member of the banned Bangladesh-based terror outfit Jamat-ul-Mujahideen, was arrested near Tilbitha Railway Station in Pakur district today.
Ibrahim Sheikh alias Lal Mohammand, who had come from Mushidabad in West Bengal, was arrested yesterday, Superintendent of Police Anup Birtheray told reporters in Pakur.

Sheikh is an active member of the 'sura' (political committee) of the banned Jamat-ul-Mujahideen based in Bangladesh," Birtheray said.
Sheikh was also the in-charge of Murshidabad-based Fatima-tul-Johar Banat Madarssa, which had been sealed after the blast in Burdwan in West Bengal, the police officer said.
A country-made revolver, four country-made bombs and a mobile chip were recovered from his possession, he said
