Ceasefire violation was reported along the Line of Control today as Pakistani troops fired at Indian posts in the RS Pura sector of Jammu & Kashmir.
"Pakistan Rangers fired at Border Security Force (BSF) positions in Arnia sub-sector of the international border at 11 am today," a senior police officer told IANS.
The officer added that Pakistan Rangers used small arms and automatic weapons, while the BSF used similar calibre weapons in response.
"No casualty or damage has been reported from our side. Till last reports came in, firing exchanges were still on in the area," the officer said.
