New Delhi: A special team of Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) experts has completed the security and manpower analysis of the Bodh Gaya temple in Bihar as it prepares to deploy armed personnel after the recent terror attack.
The team, sent by the Union Home Ministry, has visited the spot and has made an analysis for deploying men and machines at the venue which would be further deliberated by the ministry before sending the security squad.
Home Minister Sushil Kumar Shinde had recently said that the central government has decided to deploy the CISF to guard the temple complex after multiple explosions took place there on July 7.
The CISF team is understood to have mapped the vulnerability profile and control access of the temple complex during their analysis which will help it to establish sentry posts and gadgets to secure the Buddhist worship place round-the-clock.
Mr Shinde had said that the CISF would initially be deployed to secure the temple and trained Bihar police personnel would subsequently take over the task.
The Bihar government would provide all the logistics and vehicles to the CISF squad for rendering the security duties.
