The Goa police have told a court that there is enough evidence that Tehelka founder Tarun Tejpal admitted to raping his colleague at a five-star hotel in November. In its charge-sheet filed before a magistrate, police cited proof that Mr Tejpal "admitted commission of rape" in documents, including emails to the woman, and other statements.
