Chidambaram visits J&K to review security
Srinagar: As Kashmir gets back to normal after months of violence, Home Minister P Chidambaram is on a visit to the state to review the security situation.

Chidambaram visited the north Kashmir town of Baramulla where he met some senior BSF officers.

Chidambaram also met Chief Minister Omar Abdullah in Srinagar and held a meeting with senior officers of the state government.

Earlier, the Home Minister visited Leh and Kargil.

Chidambaram's visit to the state comes days after Jammu & Kashmir interlocutors concluded their first visit to the valley.
