Promising a resurgence of opportunities, Rajasthan Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje today invited industrialists to pump more funds into the state.
She also exuded confidence about clinching investments of around Rs.1.50 lakh crore at the Resurgent Rajasthan Partnership Summit 2015 to be held in November in Jaipur.
"The two-day summit beginning November 19 will be able to lead investors' commitment to the tune of Rs.1-1.50 lakh crore," Ms Raje said in Neemrana after inaugurating Rs 100 crore Havells' water heaters manufacturing plant.
"The 20-22 smart cities will be set up in Rajasthan which will help the state match the world standard," Raje said.
She also urged investors to actively participate in the health and education sectors for socio-economic development of the state.
"Participation of private sector will help in bringing the best expertise in education and health sector," Ms Raje said.
Pointing out the amendments to labour laws, the chief minister said the changed legislation would lead to new avenues for the youth.
"Those opposing it see the glass half empty, but I find the glass half full of water. It will help the youth industry and benefit the society at large," she said.
