Congress' Jaipur Declaration: Full Text

Jaipur: At the end of a two day long Chintan Shivir or brainstorming session, the Congress has prepared a blueprint for the general elections in 2014. This Jaipur Declaration will be adopted at end of the All India Congress Committee (AICC) session in Jaipur today.
