Cops allow murderer and ex-MP to address reporters

Samastipur: He's in prison serving a life sentence and yet, a former Member of Parliament from Bihar, held a press conference on his way to court from jail.  

Anand Mohan, a former MP in jail for the lynching of a bureaucrat, was surrounded by policemen, who allowed him to visit the house of a local politician from Lalu Yadav's Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD). During the stopover in Samastipur, Anand shared his thoughts on the Women's Bill with reporters. (For those who value his opinion, he does not support it).

Two policemen who were escorting Mohan have been suspended for allowing him to address reporters.
