India's COVID-19 vaccination coverage crossed 185 crore vaccination coverage milestone on Tuesday after the inoculation of 13 lakh vaccination dosses in the last 24 hours, as per the provisional reports till 7 pm informed the Union Ministry of Health and Family Welfare.

All Above 18 In Mumbai Fully Vaccinated Against Covid
All eligible beneficiaries above the age of 18 years in Mumbai have been fully vaccinated against COVID-19, the city civic body announced on Tuesday. The Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) said it has administered 92,42,888 second doses as on Tuesday against the original target of 92,36,500.

Delhi Records 112 New Covid Cases, Zero Death In Last 24 Hours
Delhi recorded 112 new Covid cases and zero fatality on Tuesday, while the positivity rate stood at 1.05 percent, according to data shared by the health department.

15 New Covid Cases In Odisha In 24 Hours

Odisha recorded 15 coronavirus cases today, while there was no coronavirus fatality for the fifth straight day, the Health Department said.

Two children were among those who were afflicted with the disease, according to a bulletin.

The active COVID-19 cases dropped to 261 and 52 more patients have recuperated. The daily positivity rate was 0.08 per cent and the infections were detected out of 16,859 sample tests, it added.

Odisha had reported five COVID-19 cases and zero fatality on Monday.

The COVID-19 count remained at 9,121 and these have been confirmed as coronavirus deaths after an audit. Fifty-three other coronavirus patients have died due to comorbidities so far, according to data.

The state has logged 12,87,757 cases, out of which 12,78,322 people have recovered so far.

Puducherry Maintains COVID-19 Free Status For 6th Straight Day

Puducherry continued to be COVID-19 free for the sixth day in succession on Tuesday with no case registered during the last 24 hours.

None of the four regions of the Union Territory -- Puducherry, Karaikal, Mahe and Yanam -- saw any case of viral infection.

In a press release, Director of Health G Sriramulu said the health department tested 246 samples and no fresh case of infection surfaced.

He said the department has tested 22,29,526 samples so far and found 18,74,463 samples out of them to be negative.

The test positivity rate was zero while the fatality and recovery rates remained 1.18 per cent and 98.82 per cent, respectively.

The Director said no new fatality was reported from any of the four regions. The number of deaths remained at 1,962.

The overall caseload remained at 1,65,774 and the recoveries also stood unchanged at 1,63,812, the Director said.

Mr Sriramulu said the health department has administered 16,48,161 COVID-19 vaccine doses till now comprising 9,55,543 first doses, 6,77,707 second doses and 14,911 booster doses.
