India reported 2,060 new coronavirus cases and 10 related deaths today. With this, the cumulative tally rises to 4,46,30,888 while the death count stands at 5,28,905, showed Health Ministry data on Monday. The active cases increased to 26,834 and comprise 0.06 per cent of the total infections. An increase of 209 cases was recorded in the active COVID-19 case count in a span of 24 hours. The 10 new deaths included four deaths reconciled by Kerala, the data stated.

Mumbai Logs 96 New COVID-19 Cases, Active Tally At 1,123Mumbai on Monday recorded 96 new cases of coronavirus that raised the tally of infections to 11,52,576, an official from the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) said.The toll remained unchanged at 19,738, while the count of recoveries reached 11,31,715 after 111 people recovered from the infection in the last 24 hours, he said.
Madhya Pradesh Sees 7 New COVID-19 Cases
The COVID-19 tally in Madhya Pradesh reached 10,54,572 on Monday after the detection of seven cases at a positivity rate of 0.1 per cent, a health official said. The death toll remained unchanged at 10,775, while the recovery count increased by 10 to touch 10,43,688, leaving the state with 109 active cases, he said.
Delhi Logs 61 New Covid Cases, Positivity Rate Rises To 3.61 %Delhi on Monday recorded 61 fresh Covid cases with an increased positivity rate of 3.61 per cent, according to data shared by the city health department here.No new fatality due to the viral disease was reported.

Odisha Reports 49 New Covid Cases, 1 Death
Odisha's COVID-19 tally rose to 13,35,503 today as 49 more people, including four children, tested positive for the virus, a health department bulletin said. The death count rose to 9,202 with one more death reported in the last 24 hours, while 53 other coronavirus patients have died due to comorbidities so far, the bulletin said. Odisha now has 570 active COVID-19 cases.

COVID-19 India Update: Thane Reports 64 New Covid Cases
Maharashtra's Thane district reported 64 new COVID-19 cases on Monday, raising its infection count to 7,45,995, a health official said. The active cases tally in the district, which is part of the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, has gone up to 507 as compared to 488 the previous day, he said. No death was reported in the district on Sunday and the death count remained unchanged at 11,962, he said. The recovery count stood at 7,34,190, the official said.
