New Delhi:

Coronavirus Live Updates: Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on Wednesday said he met Union Minister Amit Shah and discussed the coronavirus situation in Delhi in detail. "He assured of all cooperation," Mr Kejriwal tweeted.

Delhi has seen a spurt in coronavirus cases in recent days as the government allowed a number of relaxations following two months of a nationwide lockdown.

Arvind Kejriwal today said the Lieutenant Governor's orders overruling his government's decisions on coronavirus would be followed. "This is not the time for politics. This is not the time for disagreements," the Delhi Chief Minister asserted in his first online statement since he went into self-isolation suspecting a COVID-19 infection.

On Monday, Lieutenant Governor Anil Baijal, who represents the centre, cancelled the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) government's decision to reserve hospitals except those run by the centre for residents of Delhi. He also reversed a decision to test only those showing symptoms of COVID-19 and said asymptomatic cases and high-risk contacts of a virus patient will also be tested.

The Rajasthan government has said it will seal the state border for a week due to rising cases of coronavirus. Only people who have passes can go enter or leave the state, the state government said.
The state shares borders with Punjab, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh and Haryana.

All movement to and from the state will be regulated and no person can enter Rajasthan without a no-objection certificate or NOC from the state or leave without a pass, Director General of Police ML Lather said in an order.
