New Delhi: A Delhi court on Wednesday did not accept the closure report submitted by the Delhi Police on a controversial CD purportedly containing conversation between lawyer and Team Anna member Shanti Bhushan and Samajwadi Party chief Mulayam Singh Yadav.
The court directed the police to investigate the matter again thoroughly.
The CD purportedly contained conversation that Bhushan had allegedly promising Mulayam Singh that a judge could be influenced for a price and suggesting that his son and lawyer Prashant Bhushan would facilitate this.
