New Delhi:
A Delhi court has deferred the hearing of a case against Delhi Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit in connection with the Commonwealth Games scam till February 23.
During the last hearing, the judge had asked the police why they had not filed an FIR to begin investigations in the case.
Prime Minister Manmohan Singh had set up a high-level panel headed by former Comptroller and Auditor General (CAG) VK Shunglu to look into the irregularities in the Games.
The two-member panel, in its reports, had indicted Suresh Kalmadi for running the Commonwealth Games Organising Committee, besides slamming Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit and various government agencies.
