New Delhi: The Home Ministry has rubbished allegations that the CRPF jawans in the Datewada operation were not well-trained and that all the three companies were not well-equipped.
The Ministry issued a statement on Friday to say that all jawans engaged in the operation against Naxals at Dantewada were trained, and one of the three companies had in fact gone through intensive anti-Naxal training.
The Ministry also said that the other two companies will go through anti-Naxal training when their turn comes.
