The BJP has won in three and leading the remaining four Lok Sabha seats in Delhi as of 9 pm on Tuesday, according to trends on the Election Commission (EC) website. The BJP's Praveen Khandelwal was initially trailing the Congress's Jai Prakash Agarwal in the Chandni Chowk seat but has won with a margin of 89,325 votes, data showed.
The BJP's New Delhi candidate Bansuri Swaraj has also won against Aam Aadmi Party's Somnath Bharti by a margin of 78,370. BJP registered a third win in South Delhi constituency, where Ramvir Singh Bidhuri won against AAP's Sahi Ram.
Counting of votes in the four other seats in Delhi are still in progress, however, the BJP has a comfortable lead in all of them.
