Former Delhi law minister Jitender Singh Tomar, accused in a fake degree case, on Saturday alleged that Delhi Police harassed him during his four-day police custody.
Mr Tomar, who is the legislator of Aam Aadmi Party leader, told Metropolitan Magistrate Pooja Aggarwal that he was harassed by Delhi Police during his custody.
The former minister was presented before the court after the expiry of his four-day police custody.
Delhi Police arrested Tomar on Tuesday and slapped a case of cheating, forgery and conspiracy against him.
