The Delhi High Court on Tuesday issued a notice to Delhi Police on the bail plea of former Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) councillor Tahir Hussain in connection with a case relating to northeast district violence in the national capital. Justice Yogesh Khanna asked Delhi Police to file a reply on Mr Hussain's bail plea and listed the matter for further hearing on August 6.
