Don't want 26/11 trial to be delayed: Salaskar's daughter

New Delhi: What the Shiv Sena perhaps fails to realise is that intimidating lawyers and preventing them from taking up Qasab's case will only delay the legal process harming the very people it claims to stand for - the victims.

Divya Salaskar daughter of slain police officer Vijay Salaskar told NDTV that she did not want this controversy to slow down the trial.

When asked whether Qasab should get a lawyer Divya responded, "I want him hanged and booked but I want the trial to begin and have faith in the judicial process. I don't want this controversy to slow it down."
