It's a family affair and it's causing a lot of resentment in the BJP in Maharashtra. One of the party's most-prominent leaders, Gopinath Munde, has given 3 tickets to his relatives for the Maharashtra Assembly polls .
Munde's niece, Poonam Mahajan, will contest from Ghatkopar West. Poonam's father, Pramod Mahajan, was shot dead by his brother in 2006.
Munde's daughter, Pankaja Palave, is the BJP's candidate in Parli.
And Munde's brother's son-in-law, Madhusudan Kendre, is the BJP candidate in Gangakhed.
Munde served as the Deputy Chief Minister of Maharashtra when the BJP was in power.
