Guwahati:
An earthquake of magnitude 3.6 was reported near Guwahati in Assam on Thursday night, according to National Center for Seismology.
The epicentre of the earthquake was 31 km east of Guwahati, the agency said. The earthquake struck at 10:33 PM at a depth of 30 km from the surface.
