An earthquake of magnitude 4.3 was reported near Tura in Meghalaya on Friday afternoon, according to National Center for Seismology.
The epicenter of the earthquake was 53 km north (N) of Tura, Meghalaya, the agency said. The earthquake struck at 1:16 PM at a depth of 5 km from the surface.
