Pithoragarh:
An earthquake of magnitude 4.0 was reported near Pithoragarh in Uttarakhand on Friday afternoon, National Center for Seismology said.
The epicentre of the earthquake was 33 km north-northeast (NNE) of Pithoragarh, the agency said. The earthquake struck at 4:38 PM at a depth of 8 km from the surface.
