The main accused in the murder of TV journalist Soumya Vishwanathan gave the police some trying moments on Monday.
Ravi Kapoor tried to escape by throwing chilli powder into the eyes of the policemen who accompanied him as he was being taken for a medical test.
Soumya was found dead on the Nelson Mandela Marg in Delhi's Vasant Kunj area in September 2008.
