Faridabad crash: Plane had one patient, two doctors, four others on board

Faridabad: The nine-seater, single-engine aircraft that crashed into a Faridabad house on Wednesday night was a chartered plane serving as a medical ambulance and carrying seven people on board, including a patient, 20-year-old Rahul Raj, who was in critical condition.

Class 12 student Rahul Raj was being airlifted from Jagdish Memorial hospital in Patna to Apollo Hospital in Delhi to be treated for jaundice and first stage of hepatitis. He was in coma and on ventilator. (Watch: Faridabad: Plane crashed on roof of a house)

Apart from Rahul, there were two crew members and two doctors on board. Also accompanying Rahul were his uncle and cousin brother. All seven on board were killed.
