Bhubaneswar:
Bhubaneswar police have registered three FIRs against Orissa Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik and the Biju Janata Dal for allegedly dishonouring and disfiguring the national flag.
The tricolour with the name of the ruling party painted in the middle was presented to the chief minister during party's Foundation Day celebrations.
